As Ottawa wedding photographers, we’ve had a pretty busy summer. This time of the year means we’re working hard to finish wedding album orders in time for Christmas. We’re just about finished assembling this lovely couple’s wedding album. I can’t wait to reveal the finished product to them. This has to be the finest reward of being a wedding photographer! Seeing our clients reactions when they see our work when it’s finished.
2011 promises to be a very good year as well. We already have plenty of weddings booked and we’re going to carry exciting new Italian wedding albums for our customers. I wish to stress that every single photo or wedding album we sell is a custom product. It is meticulously edited, cropped, retouched before it is printed on the finest archival professional photo paper. I am constantly complimented by clients about the colours and clarity of my work. This is pride of a profession at work! Any responsible professional wedding photographer will take the greatest care when working on producing a finished product. Wedding albums are a story of a couple’s most important day of their life; it is a memento that should stand the test of time for generations. Its artistry and craftsmanship should be evident. This is why it is so important to hire a professional wedding photographer to photograph your wedding. Many will claim to be pros but are really just weekend photographers with very little time to work on producing wedding albums because their weekday jobs outside of photography consumes most of their time. This is evident when it takes several weeks, even months in some cases for some wedding photographers to produce proofs of a couple’s wedding. This summer and fall alone we’ve heard many such stories. Relatives or friends of the bride or groom still waiting to have the first glimpse of their wedding photos months after their wedding.
